Gushcloud Unveiled As One Of Google’s Partners For Creator Solutions In Southeast Asia

Gushcloud, a global creator and AI-powered IP management company, has been selected as an initial partner for Google’s new Creator Solutions in Southeast Asia.

The partnership, which will launch this September, aims to enhance monetization opportunities for YouTube creators and brands.

Google’s Creator Solutions encompasses two primary programs:

  • Creator 2 Cart – facilitates collaboration between brands and creators for tutorial-style content across long and short-form videos.
  • Creator ShortCuts – enables the production of branded YouTube Shorts content through Partnership Ads with multichannel networks.

Under the partnership, Gushcloud’s accredited Brand Safe Creators gain access to these tools, allowing them to connect directly with brands for promotional campaigns.

Gushcloud’s role includes managing the onboarding process for talents, overseeing branded content and campaigns, and ensuring the smooth integration of creators into the new platforms.

“We always look out for avenues and partners that help us grow further and provide more revenue opportunities for our roster,” said Oddie Randa, Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Gushcloud International, in a news release.

The partnership covers Gushcloud’s operational territories, including Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and the Philippines. Indonesia is designated as the initial market for the collaboration.

YouTube is on a mission to expand its creator economy tools and brand integration capabilities.

The platform recently revealed it is developing new technologies to help creators manage AI-generated content that uses their likeness, addressing the challenges and opportunities AI presents in content creation.

The company unveiled Courses in late August, a feature that allows creators to offer structured, multi-lesson learning programs. The feature, which is in beta and available to a limited subset of creators, aims to provide viewers with in-depth educational content while offering creators a new revenue stream.
