The Hollywood Reporter, iHeartRadio Announce Exclusive Event for A-List Influencers, Creators

The Hollywood Reporter (THR) and iHeartRadio are launching a new event celebrating top digital creators and influencers.

The celebration, officially named “The Hollywood Reporter x iHeartRadio | Creators A-List | Presented by Meta and Coca-Cola,” is scheduled for October 10.

The event coincides with THR’s inaugural Creators A-List issue, set to publish on October 9. This special edition explores the creator economy and lifestyle intersection with traditional Hollywood. It will feature a power list identifying 50 Creator A-List influencers across various social media platforms.

Taylor Lorenz, known for tracking online trends, will contribute an essay on the state of the creator economy. The issue also covers topics such as monetizing brief periods of internet fame, digital burnout, and popular creator hangouts in Los Angeles. In-depth profiles of influential creators and a yet-to-be-announced cover star are included.

Multi-hyphenate artist Huddy is slated to perform live at the event.

THR and iHeartRadio are promoting a national flyaway sweepstakes as part of the collaboration.

The contest offers fans a chance to win a VIP trip and an invitation to the Creator’s A-list party. Promotion for the sweepstakes will run on iHeartRadio’s broadcast stations and podcast network in the weeks leading up to the event.

The Creators A-List event joins THR’s existing roster of industry events, which includes the Emmy Nominees Night party and the Raising Our Voices luncheon.

Variety also recently announced two industry events this fall in partnership with TikTok, focusing on gaming and entertainment marketing.
