Streamlabs, NVIDIA, Inworld AI Unveil Intelligent Streaming Tool To Boost Creators’ Production Capabilities
Streamlabs, in partnership with NVIDIA and Inworld AI, announced an intelligent streaming assistant that combines co-hosting, production, and technical support capabilities. The system, unveiled at CES 2025, is scheduled for release in the first half of 2025 and will operate on a freemium model, offering users one to two hours of complimentary avatar time.
Technical Integration and Features
The platform integrates NVIDIA ACE technologies for avatar rendering and animation, while Inworld AI serves as the cognitive engine processing inputs through the Streamlabs API. The system includes a 3D sidekick that can discuss gameplay and respond to chat questions, automatically adjust scenes, and manage technical aspects of the stream.
Key features include automated scene adjustments, clip creation, and replay management. The assistant can execute voice commands for stream control, audio source management, and chat interaction. At launch, the system will support Fortnite, with plans to expand to additional games.
Production Capabilities and Implementation
The assistant monitors streams for technical issues and can implement real-time production elements such as:
- Scene transitions based on stream events
- Audio and video cue deployment during gameplay
- Automated highlight clipping
- Chat moderation and viewer interaction
- Technical troubleshooting assistance
Users can customize their AI sidekick’s personality from supportive to sarcastic, allowing streamers to align the assistant’s interactions with their brand. The system requires a Streamlabs account, which will be available through the Streamlabs App Store.
Technical Requirements and Availability
Running on a GeForce RTX GPU enables local processing of game events, resulting in reduced latency for producer and sidekick reactions. The system will be compatible with all streaming platforms, though current limitations restrict usage to one avatar per stream.
Inworld CEO Kylan Gibbs highlighted the system’s ability to enable “real-time, context-aware interactions,” while Streamlabs head Ashray Urs positioned the technology as a tool for creators to “maintain authenticity while growing their community.”
The companies will provide updates on the official release date through the Streamlabs website, blog, and social media channels. Additional features and expanded game support are planned for post-launch development.
