IPLIX Media’s New Venture To Turn Side Hustles Into Full-Time Creator Careers
IPLIX Media, a leading Indian creator management firm, has announced the launch of IPLIX Creator Accelerator (ICA), a new vertical that transforms content creation side hustles into viable full-time careers, Adgully confirmed. The program focuses on micro- and nano-creators, typically those with 10,000 to 100,000 followers.
Over the past six months, ICA has reported a growth rate exceeding 200%. Some participants have seen their social media following increase from under 20,000 to over 150,000. The program has facilitated partnerships between its creators and more than 75 brands, including OnePlus, Nykaa, Coca-Cola, Zomato, Garnier, L’Oréal, and Rapido.
Neel Gogia, Co-Founder of IPLIX Media, stated, “Having worked with creators for the past seven years, I’ve observed that the future stars will continually evolve, emerging from those with 10,000 to 100,000 followers.”
IPLIX Media, established five years ago, has collaborated with over 400 brands and manages top Indian creators such as Tech Burner, Thugesh, and Dharna Durga. The company identified a gap in the creator economy, noting that many nano- and micro-creators view content creation as a side hustle due to inconsistent income and lack of mentorship.
ICA aims to address these challenges by providing mentorship, brand exposure, and a supportive ecosystem. Divyansh Sharma, COO & Founding Member of IPLIX Creator Accelerator, explained, “In various conversations with creators within the follower range of 10,000 to 100,000 and brands, we realized nobody is catering to their needs and addressing the immense potential.”
As Adgully reports, participants in the program report positive experiences. Creator Divisha credits ICA’s mentorship for improving her content quality, while another creator, Bhavika, praises the program’s insightful sessions.
