Kajabi Unveils AI Tools To Transform How Top Creators Automate Lead Capture
Kajabi, an all-in-one platform for digital creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs, launched creator.io, a new AI tool to help users scale their businesses. Creator.io utilizes advanced natural language processing to understand queries from website visitors, customers, and audience members across various content formats.
The tool allows creators to upload existing video courses, YouTube channels, PDFs, websites, and more. Creator.io ingests and learns from this content to power an “AI-powered, always-on, personalized chatbot system,” as Kajabi President & CPO Sean Kim described it for Forbes.
For website visitors, the chatbot captures email leads, offers promotions, and recommends products to purchase. With existing customers, it guides them through the creator’s content library, linking directly to relevant videos, documents, or specific segments. The chatbot surfaces exclusive bonus content and VIP offers, enhancing the user experience.
“You can train your chatbot on nearly any type of content you have available as a creator,” Kim told Forbes. “You can make it personalized just for you. And it’s optimizing to serve your different types of followers or audience.”
He notes that setting up creator.io takes approximately five minutes. Users can then personalize the chatbot’s name, colors, and other features.
According to Kajabi – which enabled over 60,000 creators to generate $7 billion through its platform – the tool is already providing value for the platform’s creators like Samantha, who said for Forbes, “Creator.io has transformed the way I manage leads for my business.” Similarly, podcaster Ike reports that creator.io has “put my lead capture on autopilot and is saving me hours of customer service time every week.”
The company cites its mission to “increase commerce for creators.”
