LTK Creator App Unveils Dedicated Search Tab, Commission Feature To Boost Earnings

Creator commerce platform LTK has introduced major updates to its LTK Creator app to enhance creator earnings through new data tools.

The updates include a Product Commission Comparison feature and a dedicated Search Tab.

The Product Commission Comparison allows creators to view and compare available commission rates across the platform, enabling them to select the highest possible rate for products they tag.

The new Search Tab transforms product discovery on the LTK platform. It offers browsing across 13 product categories and five features, including New on LTK, High Commissions, Buy Now, Active Collabs, and Mobile App Tracking.

The tab is personalized for each creator, displaying relevant retailers and products based on their tagging history.

The platform’s updates are powered by LTK AI, which utilizes data points from 1 million brands, 8,000 retailers, and a catalog of over 450 million products. LTK reports that these updates are based on billions in sales data.

The Product Commission Comparison is integrated throughout the app, appearing wherever a product tile is displayed, including in folders, the publishing flow, and the new Search Tab.

“Creators have transformed the retail industry – becoming a preferred way for millions of people to discover and shop, resulting in billions in sales,” Kit Ulrich, General Manager of LTK’s Creator Shopping Platform, said in a news release.

Ulrich added that LTK aims to empower creators with tools, data, and technology to maximize earnings and engage their community.

These new features are now available in the LTK Creator app, and the company indicates that more features are planned for future releases.

Updates for Messages, Videos, Badges

LTK recently introduced new features to enhance its LTK DM tool and accelerate commission payouts for creators. The LTK DM tool, which automates direct messaging between creators and their followers on Instagram, now allows creators to customize up to 10 trigger words per post.

The company launched video-first features in July: Full-Screen Continuous Video and Daily Drops. LTK reported that video content on its platform drives significant engagement and sales, noting that these updates can increase creator earnings by up to 46%.

In June, LTK added “Price Drop” and “Back in Stock” badges to product listings throughout its shopping app to improve the shopping experience for the summer sales season.
