Global media intelligence solutions company Meltwater announced a new program on Thursday that aims to elevate thought leadership in the marketing, PR, and communications industries.
The initiative, dubbed #ExpertsWithInsights, creates an open platform for professionals to contribute expert content and perspectives in multiple formats, including written posts, video tutorials, podcast appearances, and virtual workshops.
Options include authoring posts or creating videos exploring industry topics, use cases, and product tutorials. Experts can also lead panel discussions, deliver educational presentations, or discuss their expertise on Meltwater’s Expert Exchange Podcast.
For those wanting face-to-face interaction, the program allows hosting meetups at one of Meltwater’s 50 global office locations as part of the company’s Chapters meetup initiative. Virtual workshops, which get recorded and added to Meltwater Academy’s online learning platform, are available for experts preferring a digital setting.
While the program is tied to Meltwater’s existing customer community (mCommunity), it is open to industry experts regardless of whether they are clients. Participants can build their personal brands, expand professional networks, and gain recognition by sharing knowledge with the company’s established audience.
