#paid Unveils New Snapchat Integration To Enhance Creator-Brand Connections

Creator marketing platform #paid has announced an expanded partnership with Snap Inc., introducing a new integration that connects Snapchat’s creator community with brand partners across North America. 

The beta release in the #paid platform precedes a full insights integration scheduled for March 2025.

The partnership builds on #paid’s existing role as one of Snapchat’s original Snap Star Collab Studio partners in Canada. The expanded integration provides brands with end-to-end strategy capabilities to connect with Snapchat users through creator partnerships.

Platform Engagement Drives Marketing Opportunity

Recent data from Snap indicates significant creator growth and user engagement. Creator content posting increased by approximately 50% year-over-year as of Q3 2024, while Spotlight reached more than 500 million monthly active users on average. 

Users open the Snapchat app nearly 40 times daily, generating almost 15 billion daily interactions between creators and their audiences.

“Creators are central to Snapchat, our community loves their content – and total time spent viewing content on Snapchat is up 25% year-over-year,” Noah Wieseneck, Senior Manager of Partnerships at Snap Inc., said in a news release. “Creators around the world are prioritizing Snapchat because it’s where they feel most like themselves.”

Augmented Reality Integration

The partnership focuses on leveraging augmented reality (AR) capabilities, targeting the 300 million users who engage with AR technology on Snapchat daily.

#paid’s team, led by VP of Strategy Jacqueline Tsekouras, former Creative & Brand Strategy Lead at Snapchat, will develop full-funnel solutions for clients seeking to maximize their impact on the platform.

“Having seen Snapchat’s influence and innovation from the inside, I’m thrilled to bring our expertise together to elevate creators and drive meaningful growth for the industry,” Tsekouras stated in the release.

The integration enables #paid to match brands with vetted Snapchat Creators based on message alignment and product offerings. Wieseneck noted that the partnership “demonstrates the power of collaboration and the real impact Snapchat Creators can drive for brands.”
