SanDisk recently introduced five new storage products targeting professional photographers and content creators, with offerings ranging from portable SSDs to memory cards.

High-Speed Professional Storage Solutions

The Creator PRO Portable SSD leads the lineup with transfer speeds up to 2000 MB/s through its USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface. Available in 1TB ($163.99), 2TB ($278.99), and 4TB ($406.99) capacities, the drive features IP65 dust and water resistance and drop protection up to 9.8 feet.

For larger storage needs, the Creator Desk Drive offers 4TB ($349.99) and 8TB ($729.99) options with transfer speeds up to 1000MB/s via USB 3.2 Gen 2. Both the Portable SSD and Desk Drive include one-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions.

Memory Card and Flash Storage Options

The Creator SDXC UHS-II Card supports 4K and 6K video capture with read speeds of 280MB/s and write speeds of 150MB/s. Capacities range from 128GB ($44.99) to 1TB ($279.99).

The Creator microSD Card line reaches 1TB capacity with 190MB/s read and write speeds, starting at $19.99 for 128GB and reaching $109.99 for 1TB. The Creator USB-C Flash Drive rounds out the collection with capacities from 256GB to 1TB ($29.99-$109.99) and transfer speeds up to 400MB/s.

The new Creator line appears to share specifications with existing SanDisk products. The Creator PRO Portable SSD mirrors the Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2’s capabilities with different exterior styling, while the Creator Desk Drive shows similarities to the current SanDisk Desk Drive SSD.
