Insulated Containers Brand Thermos Taps Micro Influencers For New Campaign

Thermos L.L.C., a 120-year-old insulated container manufacturer, has launched the “Care Campaign,” an integrated marketing initiative featuring micro influencers demonstrating community impact through their platforms.

The program initially features two content creators: Hollis (@JugglingforJude), a 19-year-old who leverages soccer juggling skills to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Taylor Moxey (@Taylor_Moxey), an entrepreneur who developed a cupcake business and foundation focused on global literacy programs.

“What truly sets us apart is the enduring care built into every Thermos Brand product,” Julie Henricks, EVP at Thermos L.L.C., said in a press release. “Since 1904, we’ve put care into everything we do, so our products go a long way to care for consumers and their families.”

The campaign, developed in collaboration with brand marketing agency Kindred Creative Group, combines paid media, owned channels, micro-influencer content, and earned media strategies targeting U.S. consumers. It highlights the brand’s product features, including insulation technology, durability, and temperature retention capabilities.

Hollis began fundraising efforts at age 9, using soccer skills to support pediatric cancer research at St. Jude. She continues juggling, teaching, and speaking publicly to raise awareness for childhood cancer treatment and research.

Moxey’s initiative grew from a small business loan into an enterprise with a humanitarian foundation establishing sustainable libraries and educational programs globally.

The campaign highlights Thermos’s product line, including the Icon™ Series for hot beverages and FUNtainer® water bottles with hygienic lid features.

Regarding micro influencers, fresh research from influencer marketing platform Traackr has revealed that creators with smaller audiences consistently generate higher engagement rates across beauty and fashion categories in the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.
