Strategic Growth Plans

The management company aims to develop Sarian’s brand through premium content initiatives and new product lines. A key focus includes establishing a podcast network to expand on her existing audio programs, Dark History and Murder, Mystery & Makeup.

Sarian’s current portfolio includes 7.5 million YouTube subscribers and 3 million followers each on TikTok and Instagram. Since launching her YouTube series in 2019, she has secured two Streamy Awards and a 2024 Signal Award for “Best Host.”

Partner Abe Santos, Head of Podcasting Moorea Mongelli, and co-founder Dan Weinstein will represent Sarian at Underscore Talent. She maintains her existing representation with WME, Brett Anderson at Ground Control, and attorney Max H. Hacker at GreenRoom Legal.

“Bailey’s unique storytelling talent and her genuine connection with fans have made her a standout voice in the digital space,” Weinstein said in a press release. “We’re excited to support her in expanding her reach and exploring new opportunities that will further amplify her creativity.”

YouTube recognized Sarian as one of its top breakout creators in 2020, and she secured positions on Forbes’ Top Creators List in 2022 and 2024. Her content strategy combines makeup tutorials with true crime narratives, a format that has helped establish her as a prominent figure in the digital true crime genre.

“Their creative approach and digital expertise makes them the perfect partner to help me take my content to new places,” said Sarian of the partnership with Underscore Talent.

In a recent interview with Net Influencer, Underscore Talent’s Partner & Head of Sports and Outdoor Lifestyle, Abraham Santos, said, “The reason a brand comes to one of our creators is because they appreciate how the creator does something. We’re being as organic as possible.”
