Croatian Startup Hypefy Secures €1.75M For AI-Driven Influencer Marketing Automation

Zagreb-based Hypefy has secured €1.75 million (~$1.8M) in seed funding to expand its AI-driven influencer marketing platform.

Per EU-Startups, Interactive Venture Partners led the round, with participation from Thomas Peterffy’s family office, Oktogon Ventures, Euroventures, and InterCapital.

The company, founded in 2021 by Stjepan Zelić, Filip Špiranec, and Davor Šibenik, develops software that automates influencer marketing campaigns using large language models. The platform allows brands to initiate campaigns by submitting product descriptions, after which AI manages influencer selection, budgeting, contracts, payments, and performance reporting.

According to company data, Hypefy’s approach delivers campaign results 3-5 times higher than industry averages by analyzing audience metrics, historical performance, and market-specific data. The platform has facilitated campaigns across 13 markets for over 80 clients, including Nivea, Henkel Schwarzkopf, and Croatian Cedevita.

Meeting the Demand for Efficient Campaigns

“Demand for authentic content and efficient campaign management is growing fast, fueled by the rise of micro and nano influencers,” CEO & co-founder Stjepan Zelić said in a statement. “We empower brands to quickly enter new markets, avoid price haggling with influencers, and optimize outcomes of their influencer marketing campaigns.”

The seed round builds on €415,000 (~$428k) previously raised from Fil Rouge Capital and angel investor Dražen Pehar. Hypefy plans to use the new funding to expand into U.S. and European markets and grow its current team of 18 employees.

Iva Zunić, Creative Account at Serbian advertising agency Direct Media, reports completing over 20 campaigns for German Eucerin using the platform: “The Hypefy platform is a game changer. We employ it for every client that utilizes influencer marketing. We spend less time and effort managing campaigns and still outperform all competition in the market.”

The company targets marketing agencies, direct-to-consumer brands, and businesses in the cosmetics, fashion, consumer electronics, and food sectors.

Hypefy’s platform addresses common industry challenges, including identifying appropriate influencers and measuring campaign ROI. The company aims to reduce inefficiencies in influencer marketing spending while providing brands with precise audience targeting and measurable returns.

The startup’s long-term strategy focuses on expanding internationally and refining its AI platform to establish a foothold in influencer marketing technology.
